We generally dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. We are using Sendle as a courier service, which is an Australian business. Please make sure you leave us your email address on your order, so you will receive a notification email from Sendle in regards to the expected arrival date. Due to COVID-19, all deliveries are now contact-free, but may be potentially delayed. We will provide a Sendle tracking ID.

If you would like Priority Post or Registered Post, please add a note to your order, or email us after ordering.



At the moment we only ship within Australia. We are working on shipping internationally. If you require International Shipping, please email us with your details and we will contact you.



All of our products display an 'Expiry on Opening' symbol, which indicates how long the product should last once opened (if kept in a cool and dry place). In Australia, having an exact expiry date printed on cosmetics is not mandatory or required. All of our products have a shelf life (unopened) of more than 30 months.




Please refer to the label on individual products and also the product description on the website. Where possible, we aim at including only natural ingredients and preferably organic and plant-based. We will always list the product ingredients on the website and on the product label, and would be happy to answer any particular questions you have related to ingredients.




We love to share our product samples! We do offer samples for particular products at different times throughout the year depending on the launch of new products. We will often include new product samples with orders where possible.



Yes, all of our skin products are manufactured in Australia. Zozo Organics is a family owned and run business residing in Sydney, Australia.



Yes, all of our product prices are inclusive of GST.


We are donating 5% of every purchase to The Smith Family to help out less fortunate children with education from February 2021.
